How We Got Started
Dave and Terri Reynolds have lived in, managed, and owned manufactured home communities for many years.
Their front row seat in witnessing the struggles of some residents motivated them to start Impact Cares to help support these individuals and families as well as bring communities together to serve one another.
They wanted to create something like Impact Cares to not lose their heart for people as the company has grown. They didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity to meet needs and find a way to increase awareness of these needs in the local communities as well.
